The Role

We’re looking for a sharp new Account Executive to join the PR team here at Threepipe. It’s a friendly office that gives you exposure to SEO, social and digital specialisms – if you’re a media relations whizz who is ready to genuinely broaden your media skill set then this is the role for you!

Skills Required

  • Clear understanding of all types of media: print, broadcast, online, influencers and how they work, what kind of content and style is appropriate for them
  • Proactive, upbeat and tenacious across all aspects of your workload
  • Can write relevant newsworthy copy and adapt it according to media target
  • Effective time management and workload prioritisation
  • Effective communication with your team, keeping managers appraised of changes in workload, media challenges or possible opportunities
  • Ability to interact with your clients in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, building their confidence in you and your knowledge of their business and the media
  • A basic understanding of social media and the various channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Snapchat

DIGITAL

PPC ACCOUNT MANAGER

The Role

The Account Manager has to be an established and proven expert in a channel – ideally PPC – and ideally with strong capabilities in at least one other Paid Media channel (Display, Paid Social, Mobile/App Promotion, Native). This role requires an understanding of the way in which channels interact and complement one another, as well as the technical capabilities to execute high-performance paid campaigns.

Reporting to the Account Director, the Account Manager directly contributes to the overall direction, development and scope of the Threepipe offering.

Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of wider digital channels and environment
  • Ability to work and succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to independently research news stories, industry developments or opportunities and relay these to the wider business – we are looking for pro-active individuals
  • Highly organised with an acute attention to detail
  • Exceptional level of English, both written and spoken
  • Strong numerical and analytical capabilities, including use and creation of Excel formula
  • Capabilities with AdWords scripts or Java beneficial
  • Additional language capabilities beneficial

DIGITAL

OPERATIONS MANAGER
EXPERIENCE: 3+ YEARS

The Role

To maximize the performance of each client’s search campaigns through monitoring and optimizing campaigns and helping to alleviate other team member workload.
As an Operations Manager at Threepipe, you need to function well as part of the team but also have the ability to work independently whilst communicating effectively and being open to guidance and advice from more experienced colleagues.

Skills Required

  • A good grasp of excel
  • Strong Analytical skills and ability to analyses large data sets into meaningful action
  • Ability to learn new technology platforms and feel comfortable using these to implement campaigns
  • Ability to drive performance while ensuring that all aspects can be reported on
  • Troubleshoot and resolve all internal and external issues associated with ad campaigns
  • Working across all search platforms
  • Provide billing data for the accounting department
  • Finding/suggesting faster ways of doing things
  • Some level of client communication
  • Suggesting new campaign strategies

FRONT OF HOUSE

RECEPTIONIST/ADMIN ASSISTANT
EXPERIENCE: 1+ YEARS

The Role

To create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for employees and all visitors to the Threepipe office, with the key aim of greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifying the company of visitor arrival and managing all front of house and central/shared areas ensuring they are well stocked and tidy at all times.

Skills Required
The Reception/Front of House

  • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and emails.
  • Respond to public inquiries.
  • Pick up and deliver post; organise end of day post franking and collection.
  • Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, policies and process in place.
  • Assist in the booking, planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.

The Office

  • Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail.
  • Manage the supply of stable groceries, toiletries etc.
  • Assist in keeping the front of house and communal areas organised and tidy, at all times.
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
  • Report any maintenance issues to office manager.
  • Assist in general admin support and manage office meeting room diaries as required
  • Assist in the evacuation, in cases of emergency, acting as first point of contact for guests and the emergency services.
  • Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness; Provide word-processing and client team support as required
