The Role

To maximize the performance of each client’s social campaigns through monitoring and optimizing campaigns and helping to alleviate other team member workload.

As a Senior Social Executive at Threepipe, you need to function well as part of the team but also have the ability to work independently whilst communicating effectively and being open to guidance and advice from more experienced colleagues.

Skills Required

  • A good grasp of excel
  • Strong Analytical skills and ability to analyses large data sets into meaningful action

The Role

The Account Manager has to be an established and proven expert in a channel – ideally PPC - but with strong capabilities in at least one other Paid Media channel (Display, Paid Social, Mobile/App Promotion, Native). This role requires an understanding of the way in which channels interact and complement one another, as well as the technical capabilities to execute high-performance paid campaigns.

Reporting to the Account Director, the Account Manager directly contributes to the overall direction, development and scope of the Threepipe offering.

Senior Operations Executive

Overview

Due to further account wins we are looking for an additional Senior Operations Executive to join our expanding digital team. Working closely with the Account Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of search campaigns for a range of clients, working towards pre-defined goals and optimising against these goals.

Skills Required

  • Monitoring and analysing paid search data to make decisions for the best strategies to put in place in order to achieve these goals
  • Hands on knowledge of best practices such as keyword recycling, ad and PLA optimisation as well as bid management (manually and using 3rd party tools)
  • Budget management – ensuring budgets are correctly optimised and managed according to forecast and/ or plans
  • Interpreting and providing insight on performance reporting data for clients on a regular/ ad-hoc basis
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

The Role

Your role as a freelance graphic designer will be to support the studio across a range of projects from internal documents through to client campaigns. The ideal designer will have experience working across print and digital preferably with some experience in using After Effects and Premier Pro.

  • Managing your projects with autonomy from concept through to delivery of final assets
  • Communicating to relevant stakeholders in the agency to ensure the work is completed correctly
  • Supporting the Middle-Weight Designer and Head of Design on a range of projects
  • Supporting in photo shoots and arranging animations
  • Supporting in photo shoots and arranging animations
  • Exporting files in the correct format for output required
  • Developing internal documents on Powerpoint and Microsoft Word

Skills & Experience

  • 1+ Years in an in-house design team or a design studio
  • An understanding of how to balance working within strict guidelines but also focusing on quality creative output
  • You must have worked in busy studios and be used to the pressure and deadlines of a fast paced agency
  • Experience in creating assets for social media
  • Excellent skills in using the Adobe CC Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects)
  • Provide accurate proofs via Adobe Acrobat and keep accurate records of work completed
  • Understand the constraints of designing for web and working with developers
  • Preferably good experience of After Effects and Premier Pro
  • Preferably knowledge of WordPress, or a similar CMS
