The role:

Your main responsibility will be to maximise the performance of each client’s paid search campaigns through monitoring and optimising campaigns and helping to alleviate other team member workload.

As an Executive at Threepipe, you need to function well as part of the team but also have the ability to work independently whilst communicating effectively and being open to guidance and advice from more experienced colleagues. Paid search will form the bedrock of your knowledge coming in but we will train you across multiple channels so that gradually your experience can be applied across accounts more broadly.

What we’re looking for:

  • An experienced, organised and efficient executive, specialising in paid search activation with a big focus on direct response (sales/leads) campaigns
  • Proven experience of creating, troubleshooting and delivering effective campaigns
  • A strong analytical thinker, who has a good grasp of excel and strong analytical skills to analyses data sets into meaningful actions
  • Ability to learn new technology platforms and feel comfortable using these to implement campaigns
  • Results-driven individual who likes finding/suggesting better strategies and faster ways of doing things
  • Thinking of the impact of campaigns outside of the Google Ads platform e.g. on Google Analytics or another analytics platform
  • Curiosity to understand different attribution models and how channels influence one another
  • 1 year experience in a similar role (preferably agency side)

The role:

You will be the main point of contact for your clients, building a high knowledge of not only the work we do for them but also their overall business. Your main responsibility will be working closely with team to ensure that work is completed on time and to a high standard.

You’ll also bring your organisation ability and have a high attention to detail, managing monthly budgets and recommending channel splits to ensure we hit the overall objectives. There may be the opportunity to develop your leadership ability and take on line management responsibilities for an executive, helping them learn the skills they need and supporting their career development.

Campaign Strategy & Management

  • To work closely with clients to ensure a full understanding of their business, digital needs and priorities
  • To work closely with the Head of Client Services and Account Director to ensure all accounts have a performance & commercial strategy
  • To work closely with suppliers to ensure that the team are constantly at the forefront of industry developments and, when suitable, we are trailing these new tactics for our clients

Delivery & Task Management

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience of working in media and being able to compile media plans
  • Proven track record of delivering projects and results for clients with monthly budgets of £10,000+
  • Proven track record of achieving ecommerce targets (sales and revenue volume, CPA, ROI, ROAS)
  • Proven track record of developing junior team members
  • Proven track record of bringing efficiency to client activity in terms of both performance and resource levels
  • Experience of executing campaigns within other Paid Media channels beneficial including offline (training will be provided if not as eventually the role will encompass this responsibility)

Mid-Weight Designer

The role:

We are looking for a talented and experienced designer to bolster our creative ranks – an all-rounder with proven experience in the creative industry. You’ll have a strong background in design and an excellent eye for detail, being comfortable in campaign, brand and roll-out across a number of channels – utilising digital, motion and print. This role often involves tackling complex briefs in tight time frames, so you’ll be hands-on, motivated and collaborative.

Our clients include the England and Wales Cricket Board, the NFL, Sacla’, Antstream Arcade, Tenpin Entertainment, British Gymnastics, UK Sport, Mahabis, Virgin Money, Unicorn Darts and Panasonic. What we’re looking for:

  •  Design through the line, across campaign, branding, digital, motion and print
  • Be an expert in InDesign, Illustrator and (particularly) Photoshop

  • Have proven experience in an integrated design position, ideally at another creative agency

The role- and what you will learn:

  • You will become an expert on Google, Facebook and Display and all their targeting capabilities
  • You will learn best practice and how to create the most impactful marketing campaigns day-to-day across all channels
  • Researching and setting up client campaigns across Search, Social, Display and within 3rd party Adservers from scratch
  • Troubleshooting set-up issues within all buying platforms and Adservers

You will lead a team and manage a portfolio of exciting, big name clients in the sports and retail sectors.
