Dole Packaged Foods Europe SAS, who along with its affiliated companies is one of the world’s largest producers and marketers of packaged fruit, has turned to Threepipe to help launch two new innovative products via an integrated PR campaign consisting of consumer and trade media relations, sampling and experiential activity.
Dole is launching a range of resealable fridge packs to offer quality and convenience of simply 100% ripe fruits in juice that could be stored in a fridge or cupboard up to one year, always ready to use, reducing mess and wastage compared to fresh fruit. The DOLE® Resealable Fridge Packs offer varied uses with breakfast cereals, yoghurt toppings or simply consumed on its own.
Tapping into the growing smoothie market, Dole is also launching a new range of freshly frozen fruit pouches, DOLE Frozen Fruit Packs, containing 100% high quality fruit, and is the first major branded frozen fruit range in the UK.
Both product launches provide Dole with an opportunity to strengthen its position in the UK as a high quality fruit brand that offers innovative solutions to busy and health conscious consumers.
The PR programme is part of a wider integrated marketing push which includes TV, social media and influencer outreach.
