What we Did

We built out a strategic approach that better understood the influence of stock availability and consumer behaviour on conversion.

We used market and competitor research to understand tactical opportunities, potential high growth/low cost areas and to develop a comprehensive international strategy.

We developed bespoke stock management & optimisation tools that understood and used both stock levels and depth for optimisation purposes to influence the CPC.

Finally, given the low levels of conversion data/conversion rate due to the luxury nature of the product, we built data models around time lags and conversion propensity. This informed the media bid strategy to ensure the most efficient coverage on keywords.
