What we Did

We migrated analytics and 3rd party marketing solutions to a tag management system and developed a measurement plan that not only tracked new online leads, but their later qualification or disqualification.

We used a combination of DataLayer tag management and Google Analytics custom dimensions to consolidate leads statuses and conversions in Google Analytics with unique lead IDs. This matched their lead status back to the original campaign source.

Lead statuses and other useful information, such as disqualification reasoning, were visualised to produce insights for campaign refinement that significantly improved ROI.
