What we Did

We took over the L’Occitane PPC account and immediately made changes to improve sales performance, with a focus on acquiring new customers.

We split out Brand and non-Brand campaigns so we could identify new customers more effectively. Having identified that generic keywords did not deliver, we focused our strategy around the top performing keywords, whilst re-investing the budget into Brand campaigns.

Using sophisticated RLSA strategies we were able to change our message and bid based on the users’ engagement with the brand.
