What we Did

Threepipe was challenged to develop an online digital strategy to grow its user database for ‘proof of concept’ prior to their second round of funding. We were tasked to increase registrations and active users to their online web platform and drive installs of their app.

We used paid search to establish a CPA benchmark with the fundamental understanding of its place in the user consideration funnel. We then incrementally added Facebook, Twitter, performance display and email acquisition to form a truly multi-channel approach.

A/B testing formed a large part of our approach as we continually looked for points of elasticity where the number of registrations and installs were converting into active users across the multiple channels.

We tracked all activity through one centralised system which allowed us to allocate budgets to the right channels to continually improve growth and efficiency.
