What we Did

Our strategy was built around making the best use of the first party data that was available to us from Monsoon’s existing customer base.

We leveraged this data by building out models which allowed us to find new audience segments to target. We then excluded all of our existing customers to focus solely on driving new customer acquisition.

 

We then exposed these new audience segments to a range of carefully selected creative product imagery. The impact of the creative was constantly tested to improve efficiency and was run through a number of third party data providers.
