An EMEA social content campaign to recruit 1,000 salespeople

What we Did

To support Oracle’s huge growth in cloud technology, we created a 3 month long content led EMEA-wide campaign to help recruit 1,000 new sales reps.

Attracting talent from diverse backgrounds with transferable skills, we blended traditional PR with content creation and distribution through Oracle’s social channels, raising awareness of Oracle career opportunities.

Kicking off with a high-impact PR platform, we were responsible for all elements including campaign messaging and press material creation, as well as video and social content creation that targeted different audiences in different territories.

Executed in lightning speed, we conceived, created and kicked off the campaign within one week – leading prospective candidates to the online application process.

Working with numerous stakeholders, we managed all social, PPC activity, weekly asset development and reporting. We wrote all ad and social copy, managed translations across multiple territories, managed audience targeting and used a mixture of content formats (Boosted ads, dark ads, Facebook Canvas, Carousel Ads, Video clips) to keep audiences engaged with Oracle.
