• Threepipe created the first ever Seven Dials shopping
weekend to drive style
conscious shoppers into the area. A 20% discount
at some of the area’s
leading retailers including Orla Kiely and Mimco
was promoted via an
exclusive partnership with Elle Magazine which
hosted a downloadable
voucher on its website. • We liaised with all Seven Dials retailers and
brought on board 33 of the area’s
retailers to take part in the exclusive promotion.
These included some
of the area’s biggest names including All
Saints, American Apparel, Coco
De Mer, Firetrap, Orla Kiely, Mimco Neal’s
Yard Remedies and Storm. • We also created all of the promotional collateral,
which was displayed in participating
retailer’s windows in the build up to the
event. • A proactive media relations and blogger campaign
drove consumers to the Elle
Magazine website to download the voucher. The
shopping weekend achieved
22 pieces of editorial coverage within national
and London lifestyle
media. • Over 6,000 people downloaded the voucher from
the Elle Magazine website
and visits to the Seven Dials website were up
120% month on month
and over 3,000 people joined the Seven Dials database
for future news
and promotions. • The Firetrap Head Office said: “ We
were really happy with the event – the store
saw an increase in footfall and sales so we definitely
want to support
and continue joint events like this.”
