Office Manager

Come steer the ship in our beautiful new East London offices and keep us on course to become even more successful. You’re a seasoned Office Manager who knows what it takes to create a great working environment for our passionate team and in return we can guarantee you won’t be bored in this varied and busy role. You’ll bring your skills in organisation and ability to juggle numerous tasks, while delivering great service to our hardworking team.

Your role will be to ensure the office is a welcoming, effective and great place to work for both our team and the clients who visit. You’ll bring your efficiency and professionalism to equip Threepipers with all the tools, processes and support they need to continue to be a top agency. And you’ll be adept at managing office functions, Health and Safety, First Aid, travel bookings, IT and generally ensure we’re in ship-shape order. Your attention to detail and administration skills will enable you to provide great HR support and we’ll give you further opportunities to develop your career in this area.

Operations Manager

Operations Managers at Threepipe focus on maximising client performance by getting their team to excel. They input into and make sure best practices are applied correctly while mentoring team members to form an integral part of our team’s DNA.

We’re committed to ensuring that you’re constantly learning new skills, being challenged whilst also feeling valued and supported. We have internal and external training programmes as well as regular one-to-one sessions with senior members of the teams. There will be plenty of opportunities to develop your skillset and you’ll be encouraged to be curious and share new ideas.

We also believe that digital success cannot be specific to one channel. Our teams are structured around clients as oppose to channels, and therefore over time, you will be broadening your skillset into other channels such as paid search, social and display. We will build you to become a truly cross-channel marketer.

Analytics Implementation Manager

You’ve learnt fast in in your career and are ready to take the next step. Your background as a computer scientist who’s maybe been working in a large agency, or perhaps an independent, but you’re looking for a role you can truly come in and make your own and develop your technical and leadership skills.

Crucially, you’ll have a background as a technical digital or data analyst with high confidence in JavaScripting abilities and general web protocols. You will also have advanced knowledge of the Google stack (Analytics, Attribution & Data Studio). Adobe skills would be helpful, but it’s not a deal breaker if you are willing to learn. You may not have line management experience, but you’ll have mentored someone before.

Finance Manager
