SEO EXEC

Overall Responsibility:

To maximize the performance of each client’s SEO campaigns through monitoring and optimizing organic channels and helping to alleviate other team member workload.
As an SEO Executive at Threepipe, you need to function well as part of the team but also have the ability to work independently whilst communicating effectively and being open to guidance and advice from more experienced colleagues.

Reports to SEO Account Manager

The Role:

• Manage the day-to-day work load of your accounts
• Support the SEO Account Manager by carrying-out keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical audits, competitor analysis, reporting and link building activities
• Oversee SEO campaigns to ensure they are delivered to a high standard
• Oversee the performance of all SEO campaigns and ensure that key insights are incorporated into future activity
• Monitor industry trends and updates and report back on insights to their Account Manager and the wider team
• Production of weekly and monthly SEO reports

Attributes & Skills:

• Able to communicate at all levels
• Passionate about SEO and wider digital activity
• Comfortable with SEO tools & software such as GA, WMT, Semrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Organised and efficient; able to prioritise and complete all tasks
• Advanced excel skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyses large data sets into meaningful action
• Ability to learn new technology platforms and feel comfortable using these to implement campaigns
• Ability to drive performance while ensuring that all aspects can be reported on
• Suggesting new campaign strategies

Experience:
• 1 year working with clients in a dedicated SEO role
• Understanding of latest trends & technology
• Some level of client communication

Desirable:
• Basic knowledge of other digital channels; paid search, social or display
• Experience with content, outreach & linkbuilding
• Google Analytics qualified

Search Exec

The role

Your main responsibility will be to maximise the performance of each client’s paid search campaigns through monitoring and optimising campaigns and helping to alleviate other team member workload.

As an Executive at Threepipe, you need to function well as part of the team but also have the ability to work independently whilst communicating effectively and being open to guidance and advice from more experienced colleagues. Paid search will form the bedrock of your knowledge coming in but we will train you across multiple channels so that gradually your experience can be applied across accounts more broadly.

What we’re looking for:

  • An experienced, organised and efficient executive, specialising in paid search activation with a big focus on direct response (sales/leads) campaigns
  • Proven experience of creating, troubleshooting and delivering effective campaigns
  • A strong analytical thinker, who has a good grasp of excel and strong analytical skills to analyses data sets into meaningful actions
  • Ability to learn new technology platforms and feel comfortable using these to implement campaigns
  • Results-driven individual who likes finding/suggesting better strategies and faster ways of doing things
  • Thinking of the impact of campaigns outside of the Google Ads platform e.g. on Google Analytics or another analytics platform
  • Curiosity to understand different attribution models and how channels influence one another
  • 1 year experience in a similar role (preferably agency side)

Junior

Developer 

The role

We are looking for a Junior Developer to join our growing team to maintain, improve and expand our capabilities.

Working within our data science team the Junior Developer role works closely with our existing developers and data analysts specialising in data engineering, data visualisation and full stack development. The role is primarily focused on maintaining and upgrading Threepipe’s in house web platform but will support all aspects within the team to find a speciality for long term growth and development.

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and Upgrading Threepipe’s web platform (both backend databases and UI)
  • Supporting Development of apps to sit on the platform in Alteryx as well as crafting code-based tools.
  • Supporting Web Analytics implementation
  • Supporting Data Engineering
  • Supporting Visual Analytics and Dashboarding

 

What we are looking for:

  • Able to communicate at all levels

Essential Experience and Skills:

  • Confident with HTML, CSS, Javascript
  • Intermediate level coding in Python
  • Clear communication skills to explain the root of ideas.

Desirable Experience and Skills:

  • Experience with Alteryx
  • Coding in PHP
  • Knowledge or experience with modern statistical approaches
  • Digital Marketing Experience
  • Web Analytics Experience

Commercial Experience:

  • This is an entry level role, so no previous commercial experience is required.

Qualifications:

  • A degree with a minimum of a 2:1 classification, ideally in a science, business or marketing vertical or part of an agency internship program.
