We recently ran our first ever graduate recruitment day and put some ‘Bright Young Things’ through their paces with lots of tests and interviews. It was an intense but exciting day (for us as well as the grads!) and we were delighted to be able to offer some jobs at the end of it all.
All the grads will now enter into our own bespoke training programme which will start their journey of discovery into paid search, paid social, SEO and display advertising channels.
We recently reorganised our digital teams to ensure that there is cross channel expertise within each team, rather than client campaigns being spread across teams. As more campaigns run across multiple channels, clients can now access all their insights within one team which is far more efficient.
